What is a Noun?……………………………………………..

A noun is a naming word.
A noun names a person, a place, animals or a thing.

PERSONS
Gretchen and her sister are students. (Gretchen, sister, students)

PLACES
San Juan has a park and a museum. (San Juan, park, museum)

THINGS
Some pears and plums are in the bag. (pears, plums, bag)

PROPER NOUNS
A proper noun begins with a capital letter.
Proper nouns are names of particular persons, places and things.

Persons
Example: MarĂ­a, Pedro

Place
Example: El Morro Castle in Old San Juan

Things
Example: Parque de las Ciencias

COMMON NOUNS

A common noun begins with a lower case letter unless it is at the beginning of the sentence.

Common nouns are names of group of:

PERSONS: boy, teacher, aunt, pilot, …
PLACES : park, church, street, school, store, …
THINGS : table, tree, chair, jacket, …
ANIMALS: dog, cat, horse, …

  2. los juegos son como unos buenos repasos para el examen y el que tenga internet y falta y no tiene el material no tiene excusa que valga la pena y los juegos son similares al examen. y felicito ala maestra por los juegos
